Sariri Consulting was founded in Doha, Qatar, in 2016, where it initially focused on the digital design of a Diabetes Hospital project and developed region-specific products for several international vendors. After the Founder returned to Australia, Sariri Consulting was officially established in 2021 to deliver Program and Project services to the rapidly growing digital healthcare sector. The company has successfully collaborated with organizations such as the Northern Territory Government, Mater Health Systems, the Australian Government, and the Queensland Government.
Our Principal and founder, Ross Gardiner, is a highly experienced project leader with over 25 years in the healthcare industry, specializing in digital transformation projects across clinical, administrative, and financial domains. He holds certifications in program management, project management, Lean Six Sigma, IT service management, and health information, as well as a Bachelor of Business degree from QUT.
Ross has a proven track record of leading large, diverse teams in both public and private healthcare settings, both in Australia and internationally. He is deeply passionate about enhancing health service delivery through digital innovation and collaboration.
